Dr. Brian D. Penwell is a native of the Decatur area. He graduated with honors from Cleveland Chiropractic College in Kansas City, Missouri. Dr. Penwell studied many adjustive techniques, including low and no force techniques as well as numerous physical therapies. He specializes in reducing headache pain.
